"We the People" or "We the WA State Party"?

Washington Secretary of State, Sam Reed (a Republican), uses this slogan on his campaign website (www.samreed.org):

"For safe and secure elections...
To make sure every vote counts..."

I wish his fellow Washington Republicans felt the same way...

The Washington State Republican Party has chosen to NOT COUNT the last 13% of yesterday's caucus votes!

That sounds American, doesn't it?

How can they do this...and why?

Could it be that they are protecting their presumptive nominee?

Could it be that they don't want McCain to experience what his rival did in Missouri?

Huckabee lost Missouri in the last 9% of reporting precincts.
