The Washington State Republican chair has said he will make sure the remaining 13% are counted, though he does not foresee it changing the results. That may be. But at least all voters will have been heard, and the lingering uncertainty dispelled.
On to Viriginia, Delaware, and D.C.! There is yet HOPE.
